Each style is back this in new colors and prints. The short-sleeve Billy Jean style can be thrown on with a pair of jeans shorts for Spring and under a sweater for Fall. We are starting the Summer with a few classics from Frank & Eileen. The ‘Barry’ is back in a fresh take of blue stripes. Your favorite shirt turned dress, the ‘Murphy’ is back in a blue linen! Both styles are the ultimate packing pair for all of your traveling occasions.
Frank & Eileen have always been based in downtown Los Angeles, but when a space at the Lady Liberty Building opened up owner, Audrey McLoghlin, quickly took the opportunity to move in. Audrey and a team of local artisans, contractors, and interior designers transformed the top floor into a quaint Irish country house filled with vintage family photos.
The brand’s new home is separated into sections and includes a tearoom, showroom space that features Frank & Eileen’s 12 annual collections, design room, kitchen, and offices.
This is only part of Frank & Eileen’s accomplishments for 2014. In May, they opened a shirt pub in Tokyo for their favorite washed Italian shirts. We can’t wait to see what the brand does next.
Enjoy a few photos of their new space in sunny California:
Frank & Eileen, a California-based shirting company, uses classic menswear fabrics from an old shirting mill in Italy to create well-fitted women’s and men’s button-ups. The Frank & Eileen team travel twice a year to Italy to pick out and redevelop fabrics that were worn by men many decades ago.
We’ve found that these shirts are a staple for any woman (or man’s) wardrobe. You can easily dress it down and casual with a boyfriend jean or dress it up with a sleek trouser or pencil skirt.
